Our diagnostic network.

Ohana coordinates with Quantum Laboratory and other CLIA-certified diagnostic partners serving Southern California.

Ohana does not operate a laboratory and does not collect specimens directly. All specimen handling, testing, and results reporting are performed by CLIA-certified partner laboratories.

Coverage for at-home lab services varies by test type, ordering physician, insurance plan, and eligibility. Some diagnostic services may be covered under Medicare Part B or private insurance when ordered by a physician. Coverage eligibility, billing, and prior authorization are handled directly by the partner laboratory. Ohana does not bill insurance and does not guarantee coverage or payment.
